2 Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be of sound mind and be entering into this agreement voluntarily.
  • You may operate only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.2 Identity Verification

cn66 may request identity verification from you at any time. Cooperation with the verification process is mandatory. Failure to submit the required documents (national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID) in a timely manner may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Special Notice: If members of the same household or multiple individuals sharing the same device wish to operate separate accounts, they must inform the cn66 support team in advance.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is solely your responsibility to keep your cn66 account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully accountable for all activities carried out from your account.

  • Do not share your login details with any third party.

  • Always log out of your session after using a public or shared device.
  • Operating an account on behalf of or at the direction of another person is prohibited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

The following payment methods are approved for transactions on cn66:

  • Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Bank Transfer: Major banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others)

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (one hundred taka) — applicable for each approved payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the payment account through which the deposit was made.
  • Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements are met.

4.4 Anti-Fraud Policy

In cases of suspicious transactions, chargebacks, or payment fraud, cn66 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the associated account and hold the funds. Relevant legal authorities may also be notified in such cases.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on cn66 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000 (eight thousand taka).

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,200. Or if you deposit ৳14,000 you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 — meaning you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus may only be received once — per identity, per device, and per payment method.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • cn66 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Different contribution rates may apply when using bonuses on different games.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

cn66 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
  • Attempting to claim bonus or promotion benefits through multiple accounts ("bonus hunting").
  • Attempting to exploit the platform through any system, software, or strategy.
  • Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other members (collusion).
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Impersonating a cn66 employee or representative.
Warning: If any of the above prohibited conduct is detected, cn66 will immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Platform Liability Limitations

cn66 is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, cn66's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

  • If a game is disrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical fault.
  • If there is a disruption to a third-party payment provider's service.
  • Temporary unavailability due to unplanned server maintenance or emergency upgrades.
  • Issues arising from incompatibility with your device, browser, or operating system.

cn66 reserves the right to cancel any winnings or bonuses displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. Any such error will be corrected as soon as it is identified.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by cn66

cn66 may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
  • Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
  • If you are found to be a minor.

8.2 Closure Request by Member

You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, however any active bonuses may be forfeited.
